regarding that rumor of Limketkai near the City Hall...that's purely speculation lang..

that big area approximtely 10 hectares is still owned by the Malvar Estates

The Malvar family owns a significant piece of estate in Doongan, a big part of that was donated to the city for that new city hall building...the Malvars owns Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center..

Last week, this big property was advertised over a real property website for lease and a 7 hectare is up for sale...hopefully the Lim's of Lim Ket Kai Corp....have taken notice of this property...

there is also this big property in front of the provincial capitol (kanang gitambakan at the corner of Capitol Road and Rosales Ave.)....this big lot was previously eyed by the provincial government for commercial center development....yet until now, no work has been started yet...hopefully the province will just sell this property to private mall developers too..
